The ROSA self-propelled sprayer is an innovative solution for agriculture, equipped with a hydraulically actuated boom and advanced precision farming systems. Designed for the application of crop protection products and liquid fertilizers, including UAN (urea-ammonium nitrate), this sprayer offers exceptional performance even under challenging field conditions.
Key Features & Benefits
All-Terrain Capability & All-Weather Operation
ROSA ultra-light sprayers are equipped with ultra-low-pressure shell tires (ULPST), allowing confident movement across waterlogged, marshy, or unstable soils without rutting or slippage.
Optional wheel replacements include:
- Low-pressure tires – for working on stubble and harder soils.
- Narrow-profile tires – for use in drier conditions and row crop applications.

Narrow-Profile Lug Tires
Available in two models (8.3R36 – 21 cm / 9.5R32 – 25 cm), ideal for row crops on semi-dry fields. Operating pressure: 120–160 kPa.
Low-Pressure Tires ATN 1 – 1300x350-18
Designed for firm stubble soils. 2–4 ply rating. Operating pressure: 30–50 kPa.
Low-Pressure Tires 16.5–18
Also for stubble field use, 2–4 ply rating. Operating pressure: 30–50 kPa.
Ultra-Low Pressure Shell Tires (Rubber-Cord Construction)
Best suited for wet fields and direct passes over crop seedlings. Tread section contains no reinforcement cord. Operating pressure: 10–20 kPa.
Hydraulic Boom with Adjustable Height
The boom height is adjustable from 60 to 140 cm, enabling work across various crops and adapting to field conditions for more effective and accurate spraying. The boom is made from modern lightweight materials and offers enhanced durability.
Precision Nozzles for Every Task
ROSA sprayers support a variety of nozzle types, including:
- Lechler anti-drift injector nozzles for low-volume pesticide application (70–150 L/ha). Included as standard.
- TeeJet stream nozzles or UAN fertilizer application, offering variable flow rates from 50 to 350 L/ha. Included as standard.
Precision Farming System with GPS Navigation
The ROSA sprayer is equipped with a precision agriculture system featuring:
- An automatic manifold with section control
- The PN-2 GPS navigation computer
This system automates and optimizes spraying based on field conditions and vehicle speed. Variable-rate application of fertilizers and pesticides reduces costs and increases efficiency.
Section Control & Flow Rate Monitoring
ROSA is fitted with electric valves (5 or 7 sections, optional) with a flow capacity of up to 300 L/min. The customizable equivalence system ensures stable pressure and spray rates when switching sections, even at high speeds.
In precision farming models, flow regulation is automated: pressure and flow sensors send real-time data to the PN-2 onboard computer, which adjusts application rates dynamically.
Filling Module
For user convenience, ROSA is equipped with a front filling module, including:
- A 60-liter tank for mother solution preparation
- An electric canister washing pump
A powerful motor pump is included, capable of filling the main 850-liter tank within minutes.
